Role & responsibilities


We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager Sales to handle premium villa projects. The role includes generating leads, conducting site visits, showcasing villa features, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The candidate will manage client relationships and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell premium villas to prospective buyers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, enquiries, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct villa site visits, presentations, and client negotiations.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly villa sales targets.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain villa features, layouts, and benefits effectively.
  • Negotiation & deal-closure expertise.
  • Knowledge of luxury real estate / villa segment preferred.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • 15 years of real estate sales experience (villa/apartment sales preferred).
