Assistant Sales Manager from Hospitality Background (corporate sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new corporate, group, and event business through calls, networking, and site visits.
• Account Management: Nurture and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Strategy & Planning: Assist in implementing sales action plans, contribute to marketing efforts, and analyze market/competitor trends.
• Operations & Administration: Prepare proposals, contracts, sales reports, manage CRM records, and coordinate with Catering, Front Office, and Reservations.
• Reporting: Track all sales activities, maintain pipelines, and report on performance metrics to senior management.
• Events & Representation: Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events; conduct property tours (site inspections).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
