Role & responsibilities Responsible for rapid growth of the brand in terms of placement and visibility at retail points Responsible to take Primary sales from Channel partners /Distributors. Ensuring supply to market- keeping update for stock of Channel partner/Distributors. Circulating Focus Products Scheme at retail points. Meeting and exceeding targets set by the management on a periodical basis (Monthly, Quarterly and annually). Identifying potential distributors, dealers and retailers to maximize sales. Reporting to management on a daily basis. Visiting dealers, distributors & architects and organizing plumbers meet on a regular basis. Taking proper follow-ups of the company's scheme from dealers and distributors. Opening new galleries in your territory Preferred candidate profile Should have Faucet & Sanitaryware experience Perks and benefits
