Assistant Sales manager

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE degree in Mechanical, Instrumental, Production, Chemical, or Electrical along with an MBA in Marketing. You will be responsible for leading the sales operations in the Gujarat/MP Region. Your main tasks will include achieving sales targets, developing new key accounts, preparing monthly sales projections, and managing a team of 5-6 sales engineers efficiently. Furthermore, you will be in charge of planning and executing business promotion and branding activities, handling exhibitions and customer contact programs, upgrading technical knowledge continuously, providing techno-commercial support to customers, managing premium relationships with platinum customers, and developing customer retention programs. The successful candidate should have relevant selling experience, preferably in the process-chemical & pharma industry, possess good engineering knowledge, and showcase sound technical understanding.
