Job Function As a Assistant Sales Manager , you will be responsible for technical sales, business development, marketing, and product promotion of control and measurement products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in industrial sales. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Control Products in the designated territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, and system integrators. Identify business opportunities and generate new leads. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions. Collaborate with internal teams including application engineering and service. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market share growth. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Product Portfolio Includes: Gas Flow Measurement and Control Products Mass Flow Meters / Controllers Temperature Controllers and Sensors Pressure Switches Flame Detectors Limit Switches Photoelectric and Proximity Sensors Burner Controllers Temperature Recorders Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) 7 to 10 years of experience in BMS/industrial product sales Strong technical understanding of industrial automation and process control Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel within the assigned region Show more Show less
