Assistant Sales Head JD: Roles & Responsibilities The candidate will report to the City Head of the group and is expected to take on a leadership role in driving regional sales performance. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales. Strong knowledge of Bangalore’s geography and the local business ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 10 members for the line of business (LOB). Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, co-working spaces, institutions, manufacturing sectors , and other key segments to expand business opportunities. Drive strategy and execution for sales activities in collaboration with Executives and Business Development Managers to ensure closures. Acquire new clients by effectively funneling and converting prospects. Achieve sales targets through: Cold calls Daily meetings Consistent team performance across the city. Monitor and maintain sales team productivity . Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and build long-term client relationships . Ensure timely deliveries , monitor team performance, and follow up for payment collections from both existing and new clients. Drive business growth through increased top-line sales and deeper penetration of snack and coffee vending services
