Job Description

Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager

This role requires analytical acumen, hands-on execution, and a creative approach to market activation.

Role & responsibilities

Execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities including in-store promotions, sampling, and local events.
Handle direct customer interactions and inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify and explore new market opportunities through field research and competitor analysis.
Support trade promotions, merchandising efforts, and product visibility at kiosk / retail outlets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by monitoring and improving sales performance.
Conduct product presentations and client meetings.Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Generate regular sales reports and provide market insights for strategic decisions.
Train and mentor new sales officers on sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards.
Conduct field visits to monitor execution and resolve operational challenges.
Promote products or services through various marketing channels (digital, print, events).
Organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
Gather client feedback and report it to internal teams for product/service improvement.
