POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (Tally) and prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial records Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash flow statements, ledgers, and trial balances on a monthly basis Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collection follow-up Compute payroll, manage employee reimbursements, and ensure timely salary disbursements Prepare Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) as per Indian Accounting Standards (AS) and ensure compliance with reporting requirements Monitor GST compliance and manage GST filings with tax authorities Reconcile inventory records with financial accounts, particularly for F&B operations (food costs, wastage tracking) Assist in preparation of tax computations and support the organization during statutory audits and tax assessments Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure proper documentation and filing systems Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes Coordinate with external auditors, chartered accountants, company secretary service providers, loan providers, etc as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com) Experience: 3-5 years of proven accounting experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred); strong MS Excel skills Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws. Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager - Milano Employment Type : Full-time Work Experience : 3-5 Years preferably in food & hospitality industry Location : Bangalore Key Responsibilities Online Sales: Develop and execute localized sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all online delivery platforms. Oversee onboarding of new stores, ensuring menu accuracy, optimization, and standardization across locations. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies to achieve targets. To negotiate and execute advertising, maximising revenue and minimising spends. To be constantly up to date with the delivery teams to update the menus in new listings and special categories. Community Sales: Build, manage, and expand community sales, particularly within gated communities. Establish and maintain relationships with different communities, optimise delivery menus and follow up with getting repeated orders. Coordinate & monitor logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and consistent service quality and feedback. Coordinate and execute innovative indirect sales ideas on a brand level and during special seasons to tap into new markets and customer segments.
