Role Overview

You’ll own and deliver end-to-end employee benefits strategy and administration. This role will support global Compensation programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, market trends, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Benefits Program Administration

• Manage overall Rewards & Recognition initiatives
• Administer medical insurance, wellness programs, and EAP
• Coordinate insurance renewals, claim processes, vendor communications, and employee updates
• Oversee flexi-benefits enrollment, life event adjustments, and exit processes

2. Vendor & Compliance Management

• Lead vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and SLA monitoring
• Ensure programs are compliant and cost-efficient

3. Performance & Promotion Management

• Drive the complete performance management cycle
• Manage promotions process: system config, testing, data analysis, budgeting, training, communication, execution

4. HR Strategy Support

• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with business goals and compliance standards
• Benchmark benefits offerings; recommend improvements and optimize design
• Support benefit budgeting, cost-savings initiatives, and program optimization

5. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze rewards and performance data to generate actionable insights
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure statutory compliance
• Report on utilization, cost trends, feedback, and ROI

6. Employee Engagement & Communication

• Gather and respond to employee feedback on rewards programs
• Develop benefit communication materials, host awareness programs, and drive enrollment events
• Address stakeholder queries promptly; coordinate with HR and other teams for seamless execution

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional) is plus.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in benefits.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
