Role Summary

The Retail Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and building strong customer relationships in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, enquiries, and complaints effectively.
• Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Create and maintain a loyal customer network.
• Ensure excellent sales service and adherence to the sales process.
• Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Ensure housekeeping, operational, and customer service standards are met.
• Play an active role in achieving boutique sales targets.
• Attend and support company events, promotions, and activities.
