Designation: Assistant Retail Manager

Location: Pondicherry

Experience: Min 4 years in Fashion & Retail

Qualifications: MBA or Retail / Fashion Management

Responsibilities:-

·        Ensure sales performance and growth of the Exclusive Brand Outlets

·        Implement and monitor the process and systems and evaluate the overall performance

·        Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of Hidesign.

·        Maintain proper visual merchandising and high visual standards

·        Train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets

·        Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by proper planning and analysis

·        Coordinate with the office for resolving the issues and for providing the better support

·        Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success

Requirements:-

·        Good logical, analytical and numerical skills

·        Good communication skills, training skills, problem solving skills and team management skills

·        A sound IT knowledge is required
