Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities also include managing staff, hiring and training new employees, monitoring food and beverage standards, and maintaining communication with both customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and managing staff
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards and operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel management role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
