Now Hiring: Assistant Restaurant Manager (Remote Operations – UK Restaurants)
Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 to 40,000
Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management – Mandatory with 85%
Full-Time | On-site | Rotational Shifts
Age Preference: Up to 27 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Remotely manage daily operations of UK-based restaurants
• Coordinate and manage the UK-based chefs and F&B (Food & Beverage) team
• Handle all restaurant-related backend functions from the Delhi back office
• Monitor service quality, staff performance, and daily operations
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the UK team to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain high service standards, compliance, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management
• Prior experience managing operations remotely is mandatory
• Strong understanding of restaurant processes, kitchen coordination, and F&B workflows
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, order management, and restaurant tools
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with UK time zone
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to lead remote teams effectively
