Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

​Location: KFC Iritty, Kannur, Kerala

Experience Required: 2–4 years in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations

​Role Overview

​As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader in ensuring our Iritty outlet delivers the "Finger Lickin' Good" experience KFC is known for. You will support the Restaurant Manager (RM) in daily operations, focusing on team leadership, high-quality food service, and maintaining strict global brand standards.

​Key Responsibilities

​Operational Excellence: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring speed of service (SOS) and product quality meet KFC standards.

​Team Leadership: Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising shift leads and team members. Foster a positive and energetic work environment.

​Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, manage wastage, and assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure food cost targets are met.

​Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer grievances promptly and ensure every guest receives exceptional service.

​Health & Safety: Maintain 100% compliance with Food Safety (FSSAI) and KFC’s internal hygiene and sanitation protocols.

​Sales Growth: Execute local store marketing (LSM) initiatives and drive suggestive selling to increase the Average Ticket Value (ATV).

​Candidate Requirements

​Education: Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

​Experience: Mandatory 2+ years of experience in a QSR environment (e.g., KFC, McDonald's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Burger King).

​Skills: * Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.

​Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic MS Excel.

​Demonstrated ability to lead a team of 15–20 people.

​Attributes: High energy, ability to work in shifts (including weekends), and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹22,500.78 - ₹35,500.82 per month
