Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and training as needed to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store appearance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, handling emergencies promptly when they arise.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the QSR industry (preferably).
Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques (desirable) but also proficiency in other fast food preparation methods.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or special events.
Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
