Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced to drive sales and business development for our life insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, ensuring achievement of regional targets, developing agency/bancassurance channels, and strengthening the companys market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Manager in planning and executing regional sales strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Frontline Sales Executives.
  • Drive life insurance product sales through Agency channel or Direct channel.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of business targets (premium, persistency, productivity).
  • Identify training and development needs of the sales team and coordinate with L&D teams.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of agents/advisors and ensure effective channel activation.
  • Regularly review and report sales performance; provide strategic inputs for business improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Develop relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
