Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Real Estate Manager based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Real Estate Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, lease administration, negotiating and managing leases, and ensuring smooth operations of commercial real estate properties. Regular on-site visits, tenant communications, and coordination with multiple stakeholders will be part of the daily activities.
