Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Real Estate Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Real Estate Manager will assist in managing property portfolios, oversee lease administration, handle leasing processes, and support various activities related to real estate operations. They will work closely with the team to ensure properties are managed efficiently and client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Property Management responsibilities
• Minimum 06 Month -1 Year
• Experience in Lease Administration and understanding lease agreements
• Knowledge in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in real estate management tools or software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
