Responsibilities

  • SLA/KPI compliance (Quality and Training related)
  • Improving Quality of Service
  • Driving Process Improvement projects/initiatives.
  • Preparing and Publishing MIS
  • Taking ownership on process standardization and People development
  • Optimum utilization of resources
  • Conducting refreshers / NHT as per process requirement.
  • Managing floor in absence of TLs
  • ISO , ISMS and other HR policy adherence
