Job Title:

Job Summary and Key responsibilities:

Develop and monitor Quality control plan in line with customer requirements.

Inspect products at various stages of production

Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Periodical meeting with customers and to know the quality issues if any and develop plans for quality issues

Train and guide feedback to staff, including inspectors and technicians.

Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance and Quality cost reduction.

Preparation on Monthly quality reports and work on quality rejection.

Collaborate with suppliers to set and monitor quality standards for raw materials and intermediate products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is must
• 7 to 11 years' relevant work experience and ability to handle customer issues independently
• Excellent customer handling skills and communication and presentation skills.
