Objectives of this role

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to execute projects.
• Track project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to team members and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and improvement areas.
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritise the product backlog.

Your tasks

1. Collaborate with the product manager to finalize the scope of work and acceptance criteria of modules, create jira tickets with required details and get it reviewed by the product manager.

2. Create release documents & sprint documents and share updates with stakeholders.

3. Prioritize modules, align resources, monitor grooming, validate timelines with leads and create sprint planning.

4. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

5. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.

6. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

7. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

8. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

9. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Required skills and qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Minimum of_ 1 years of experience as a project manager_.

3. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices-Jira experience is a must

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred skills and qualifications

1. General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.

2. Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

3. SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.

4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

5. Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

6. Quick commerce experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
