Assistant Project Manager- Retail fit out

As an experienced Retail Interior Fit-Out Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of retail and commercial interior projects. Your expertise in estimation, BOQ preparation, site supervision, project planning, quality control, and surveys will be crucial to ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and create workflow strategies for smooth project execution. - Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and budgets to effectively manage project finances. - Conduct site surveys, inspections, and supervision to ensure compliance with project specifications. - Maintain high standards of workmanship, materials, and finishing quality throughout the project. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely material procurement and execution. - Ensure project compliance with legal regulations, safety norms, and company policies. - Maintain project reports, progress logs, and documentation for internal and client reference. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in retail/commercial interior fit-outs. - Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, site surveys, project planning, and quality control. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for project tracking and documentation. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
