Job Description

Job Overview:

Join JLL as an Assistant Project Manager - Fitouts, where you'll support the delivery of top-tier fitout projects while advancing your career in a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. Play a key role in ensuring project success, working with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in overseeing fitout projects from initiation to completion.
Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Review project documentation to ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
Assist in procuring necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement contingency plans.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Knowledge of construction principles and project management methodologies.
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Project Management or relevant field.
Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
Experience in fitout project delivery within commercial real estate.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in managing fitout or construction projects.
Proven track record in coordinating multiple projects, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors in fitout project execution.
