Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the Programme Manager in coordinating the programmes end-to-end activities from admission to programme closure.
  • Monitor programme communication with students on different platforms (Example: Slack, LMS, Email, etc)
  • Attention to detail to ensure schedules are adhered to, processes followed, data captured and validated diligently
  • Support the Programme Manager on all activities and ensure quality control is maintained across the programme
  • Enjoy student interaction. Students of Takshashila’s policy courses are some of the brightest minds in the country in their respective fields, united by a common passion for learning public policy and transforming India. You will be a guide in their learning journey.


Must-Have Skills

  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Team player and an enabler towards a nurturing working environment
  • Passion to work with people and eventually play the role of a guide for students
  • Project management experience is a big advantage
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Administrative skills for operating LMS (Learning Management System), SIS (Student Information System) & integrated communication platforms like Slack, Teams, etc
  • Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate a programme
  • Capacity to identify and minimise risks
  • People skills: Ability to resolve conflicts, demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with stakeholders
