Job Title: Assistant Professor– Online Programs

Positions Available: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor (as per UGC norms)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching Undergraduate & Postgraduate courses (MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, Online MBA) using online and blended modes.

• Developing engaging course material, lesson plans, case studies, and assessments.

• Guiding students academically and professionally through mentorship programs.

• Conducting interactive sessions, workshops, webinars, and discussions.

• Actively participating in curriculum design, review, and improvement in line with UGC/AICTE standards.

• Publishing research articles in reputed journals and contributing to academic development.

• Supporting university initiatives for academic excellence, accreditation, and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professor:

o Ph.D. in Management / Computer Applications / Commerce / IT or relevant discipline.

o Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 3 years as Associate Professor.

o Significant research contributions with publications in reputed journals.

• Associate Professor:

o Ph.D. in relevant discipline (Management, Computer Applications, Commerce, IT, etc.).

o Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

o Research publications as per UGC norms.

• Assistant Professor:

o Ph.D. in the relevant discipline 

o Master’s degree (MBA, MCA, M. Com, M.Sc. IT, or equivalent) with at least 55% marks and NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC guidelines.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong academic record with proven expertise in respective subject areas.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to teach in online/blended environments.

Remuneration:

• As per UGC norms and based on qualification & experience.

• Final remuneration will be discussed during the selection process.
