Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in various parts of Tamilnadu. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering aviation-related curriculum, conducting lectures and practical training sessions, and assessing student performance. The role also includes engaging in academic research, advising students, and participating in faculty meetings and departmental activities. Qualifications Strong knowledge of aviation-related subjects such as flight training, aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, or aviation management Excellent teaching and communication skills Experience in curriculum development and academic research Ability to assess and evaluate student performance Commitment to engaging in and contributing to departmental activities A Master's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field Previous experience in a similar teaching role is preferred
