1. Business Development & revenue generation for the department.
2. Day to day operations management of the department.
3. P & L management.
4. Teaching minimum 2 subjects every semester.
5. Monitoring quality of training.
6. collaboration and tie-up with agencies for RPL & enrollment of students in various courses.
7. Management of consumable purchases for training.
8. In charge of all activities pertaining to CIDESCO compliances.
9. Train the trainers.
10. Handling student grievance.
11. Responsible to plan & execute the training agenda with in students & faculties from School of Beauty & Wellness studying which will include training the education teams on current & new modules on skin care & health programs to groom the current team.
12. Maintain lab stock and inventory management & limit the wastage of Beauty & Wellness products,
II. Any other responsibilities as directed by the Management.
PG & UG in Food Science / Home Science / Wellness. Phd is desired not mandatory. CIDESCO certificates is preferred.
