Position: Assistant Professor / Program In Charge - Beauty & Wellness.

Location:

Experience:

Education: PG / UG in Food Science, Home Science, Nutrition, Wellness and or other related fields. PhD preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Department of School of Beauty & Wellness, providing strategic direction and vision for the programs.

1. Business Development & revenue generation for the department.
2. Day to day operations management of the department.
3. P & L management.
4. Teaching minimum 2 subjects every semester.
5. Monitoring quality of training.
6. Collaboration and tie-up with agencies for RPL & enrollment of students in various courses.
7. Management of consumable purchases for training.
8. In charge of all activities pertaining to CIDESCO compliances.
9. Train the trainers.
10. Handling Student grievance.
11. Any other responsibilities as directed by the management.

Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance the department’s reputation and employability outcomes for students.

Provide leadership in the development of new courses and programs that reflect the latest trends and demands in the wellness and nutrition sectors.

Manage departmental budgets, resources, and accreditation processes.

Contribute to university-wide academic and administrative initiatives.

Represent the university at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
