Job Summary:

SR Group of Institutions, Jhansi invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy, with a specialization in Pharmacology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in academic and research activities, and contributing to the overall development of the department. Freshers with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmacology and related subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct lectures, practicals, and assessments as per curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in academics, research, and career planning.
• Contribute to academic research, paper publications, and departmental projects.
• Assist in laboratory setup, maintenance, and practical training sessions.
• Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
• Support accreditation processes, internal audits, and compliance requirements as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
• M.Pharm in Pharmacology from a PCI-approved institute (Mandatory).
• A valid Ph.D. or registration for Ph.D. is desirable but not compulsory for freshers.
• Experience:
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

• Strong subject knowledge and command over Pharmacology and related disciplines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
• Passion for teaching, learning, and student development.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and scientific writing (preferred).
