What you’ll do

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard to deliver course content effectively
• Conduct research that contributes to your field and enhances the academic reputation of the institution
• Integrate learning technology into instructional practices to enrich student engagement
• Mentor students through academic advising and provide support for their educational goals
• Manage classroom environments effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
• Design lesson plans that promote critical thinking and active learning strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design projects to improve course offerings

Basic qualifications

• Experience in higher education teaching with a focus on adult education

Preferred qualifications

• Proven skills in curriculum development and instructional design
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and best practices
• Strong background in mentoring students and providing academic support
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse student populations
