Job Description

The Head of Department (HOD) of Management is the academic and administrative leader of the Management Department. The HOD is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all departmental activities, ensuring high-quality teaching, research, and student development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to faculty, staff, and students.

Develop and implement academic curriculum as per university/board norms.

Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and training programs.

Ensure smooth conduct of classes, examinations, and academic schedules.

Foster industry–academia relationships for internships, placements, and projects.

Monitor faculty performance and encourage research, publications, and professional growth.

Address student issues and mentor them for career and personal development.

Coordinate with higher authorities for departmental development and accreditation.

Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and a professional environment within the department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
