Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in the Rupnagar district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, participating in departmental meetings, and engaging in continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in classroom instruction, curriculum design, and student assessment
• Strong research skills and experience in academic publishing
• Excellent mentorship and student advisory skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work independently
• Prior teaching experience in a related field is a plus
• Doctorate degree in the relevant subject area from an accredited university
