Key Responsibilities: ● Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in assigned courses. ● Mentor and guide students in their academic and research pursuits. ● Develop Curriculum, course materials, assessments aligned with curriculum objectives. ● Participate in academic committees and contribute to departmental initiatives. ● Provide academic and career guidance to students and support their overall development. Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications: ● Immediate Joiner Required ● PhD / Master's Degree from a recognized University/ College/Institute ● Passion for teaching and a strong desire to contribute to the field of education. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment. ● Research experience or publications in relevant areas will be an advantage. ● Fresher’s with a keen interest in academia and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. ● Published research publication in the peer-reviewed journals or UGC-listed journals during assessment period. ● Completed Refresher/ Research Methodology Course/ Workshop/ Syllabus ● Up-gradation Workshop/ Training Teaching-Learning-Evaluation, Technology Programmes/ Faculty Development Programmes of at least one week (5 days) duration, or taken one MOOCs course (with e-certification) or development of e-contents in four-quadrants / MOOCs course during the assessment period Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
