We seek a committed academician with a passion for teaching and research in marketing. 🔍 Key Responsibilities 🎓 Teaching & Course Delivery Deliver lectures on Marketing, Digital Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), Advertising, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Branding, and related subjects Conduct classes, workshops, tutorials, and student projects using digital tools and platforms 👥 Student Engagement & Mentorship Guide students in internships, branding assignments, and simulations Mentor students on campaign strategy, content development, and participation in marketing events 📚 Research & Publications Conduct research in areas such as consumer behavior, digital marketing trends, and campaign effectiveness Publish in reputed journals and present at conferences Encourage student involvement in research and innovation 📘 Curriculum & Departmental Development Contribute to curriculum updates reflecting emerging marketing trends Collaborate across disciplines with business, IT, and design faculties Support NAAC/NIRF/NBA documentation and quality initiatives Develop course materials, lesson plans, and real-world case studies 🎓 Qualifications & Skills ✅ Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) with NET/SET qualified or Ph.D. (preferred, as per UGC norms) ✅ Strong academic foundation and effective teaching skills ✅ Commitment to research, innovation, and student development Show more Show less
