Assistant Professor Human Resources

As a faculty member at Woxsen School of Business, your role involves teaching specific courses across programs, guiding and mentoring students both inside and outside the class, and preparing students for interviews with external organizations. You will also be responsible for planning and delivering learning and development initiatives for students and providing counseling support when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Teach specific courses across programs - Guide and mentor students - Prepare students for interviews with external organizations - Plan and deliver learning and development initiatives - Provide counseling support for students In addition to teaching responsibilities, you will be instrumental in conducting research, writing and publishing research papers, and developing cases in your domain. You will also support the activities of the Admissions and Placements department at the school and manage academic administration tasks as assigned, such as managing exams and scheduling classes. Effective communication with past, present, and future students of Woxsen, as well as other relevant stakeholders, will be a crucial part of your role.
