Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate students in the 

  Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

   program.
• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and case-based learning sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and evaluation methods as per university/AICTE guidelines.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to the academic growth of the department.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional events.
• Mentor and counsel students on academic and professional concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Management/Commerce/Business Administration (MBA/M.Com or equivalent) with at least 55% marks.
• PhD in Management or related fields (as per UGC norms) preferred.
• NET qualification is must.
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed institution is desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
