Assistant Professor

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance, Business Administration, and related subjects.
• Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards.
• Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career planning.
• Engage in academic research, publish in reputed journals, and participate in conferences/seminars.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and digital tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA (Finance) from a recognized university (NET/SET qualification preferred as per UGC norms).
• Strong academic background in finance, accounting, investment, and related areas.
• Passion for teaching and empowering women through education.
• Ability to use technology-enhanced teaching tools and methods.
• Research aptitude with interest in publishing and collaborative projects.

Experience

• Fresh postgraduates with exceptional academic records may apply.
• Teaching/research/industry experience in Finance will be an added advantage.
