Job Summary: Auxilium College invites applications from qualified and dynamic candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration / Management Studies . The ideal candidate will hold an MBA with specialization in Finance , demonstrate academic expertise, and show a strong commitment to teaching, research, and mentoring young women in higher education. Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance, Business Administration, and related subjects. Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards. Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career planning. Engage in academic research, publish in reputed journals, and participate in conferences/seminars. Use innovative teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and digital tools. Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA (Finance) from a recognized university (NET/SET qualification preferred as per UGC norms). Strong academic background in finance, accounting, investment, and related areas. Passion for teaching and empowering women through education. Ability to use technology-enhanced teaching tools and methods. Research aptitude with interest in publishing and collaborative projects. Experience Fresh postgraduates with exceptional academic records may apply. Teaching/research/industry experience in Finance will be an added advantage.
