Job Description

St. Francis College, a premier institution committed to academic excellence, invites applications from dynamic and qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in MBA – Finance Specialization.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, guiding research projects, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental academic and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach MBA courses with a specialization in Finance, including Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and related subjects including general papers.
• Design and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and interactive learning activities.
• Guide students in internships, projects, and dissertations.
• Engage in research, scholarly publications, and academic conferences.
• Participate in departmental and institutional activities, committees, and events.
• Maintain strong industry-academic linkages to enhance student learning and employability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance with Finance specialization / Equivalent, with first-class in both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
• Preference: Ph.D. in relevant discipline or UGC NET/SET qualification.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic research.

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and institutional norms.
