Assistant Production Manager

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the production schedule to meet targets for quality, quantity, and delivery. Ensure optimal utilization of machines, molds, and manpower. Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Lead and train production staff for productivity and safety. Troubleshoot molding process problems and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and handle customer complaints with root cause analysis. Prepare and maintain production documentation and reports. Coordinate and handle internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer audits). Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing practices. Monitor material usage and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
