Title: Assistant Production Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in manufacturing of control panels (MCC, PCC, VFD Panels, PLC Panels, Embedded control system).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of fabrication and assembling of electrical/electronic panel as per approved drawing, specifications and projects documents.

• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, meeting customer delivery expectations.

• Work extended hours as per job requirements.

• Manage work in progress and maintain shop production schedule.

• Oversee all personnel issues to include performance, employee relation issues and disciplinary process in conjunction with company policies and management.

• Plan and direct layout of equipment, workflow and assembly methods.

• Checking of Bill of Material, GA, schematics and project documents.

• Issuing material from store to production and monitor the flow till dispatch.

• Close observations post inspection of Control panels and clear panels for dispatch.

• Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly production reports, display and distribution to plant level.

Skillset:

• Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and management skills.

• Ability to meet challenging deadlines in an efficient and profitable manner.

• Strong understanding of electrical and electronics components, materials and industry standards.

• Candidate should have very good understanding of electrical fundamentals.

• Experience in Switchgear & bus bar assembling manufacturing industry wiring, assembling experience of LV panels, MCC, PCC and all electrical panels.

• Knowledge of VFD, SOFT STARTER and PLC control Panel.

• Good Experience in Power Panels Bus bar & Switchgear assembly, assembled control cabinets,

wiring those cabinets, including motor control. Installation of various components in those cabinets,

including switchgears, sensors, base plates, and various control modules.

• Ability to understand electrical drawings like control wiring diagrams, power wiring diagrams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities/projects.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Experience in Defence Company with above skillset will be an added advantage.
