Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational tasks, which includes organizing schedules, assisting in GeM seller registrations, facilitating training sessions, managing communications with clients, and maintaining accurate records. The role may also involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and providing excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, document management, and maintaining records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
• Basic knowledge of GeM operations, procurement, or government marketplace processes is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications and tools such as MS Office and communication platforms
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
• Openness to learning and capacity to adapt to changing work environments
• Prior experience in a similar role or basic understanding of tender processes, e-bidding, and procurement practices is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field is preferred
