We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Manager Operations to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best movie experience for our patrons. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Implement all operational processes as per company SOPs to maintain service quality.
Ensure grooming standards and conduct team briefings before every shift.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly operational targets.
Supervise safety, security, and property checks, ensuring compliance at all levels.
Maintain a positive and engaging work environment through effective rostering and people practices.
Handle customer queries and drive Club membership registrations and redemptions.
Track and report market share data as per company process.
Education: Graduate (Regular)
Experience: 1-4 years in Retail , hospitality, or QSR operations.
Skills: Team leadership, customer service, communication, and operational management.
