Assistant Operation Executive

As an Assistant Operation Executive in the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in managing logistics, stock across multiple warehouses, and coordinating transportation to reach end markets efficiently. Your responsibilities will include directing and optimizing the full order cycle, negotiating with suppliers and customers, issuing shipping documents, and overseeing stock levels and delivery times. You will also be tasked with implementing a stock control system, providing daily reports to the sales team, and ensuring the overall efficiency of delivery cycles. Your role will involve resolving any problems or complaints that may arise, meeting targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness, and assisting with administrative duties. To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of proven working experience as a Logistics/Operations Executive, possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and be able to work independently on multiple projects. Proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as in Microsoft Office applications, is essential. Additionally, strong administration skills are required to fulfill the responsibilities of this role effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The working days are 6 days a week, and the job type is onsite. As part of the benefits package, you will receive cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus.
