Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting other team members with various administrative tasks. The Assistant will also coordinate with different departments, ensure the effectiveness of communication channels, and handle general inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
