Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all taxation, auditing, and compliance matters for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities. - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. - Provide guidance and support to other departments on tax-related matters. - Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory bodies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, auditing, or compliance. - Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
