About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser with at least 1 year of relevant experience to support our team in product development, sampling, and production follow-ups. You will work with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals, smooth production, and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning product ranges with buyers and merchandisers
• Send and track development, testing, production, and approval samples
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to meet deadlines
• Prepare presentations, cost sheets, and Excel trackers
• Help resolve production issues and book quality inspections
• Knowledge of Sample Development.
• Manage files of all the merchandising documents.
• Send and receive mails to buyer and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Merchandising, Fashion, or Textiles
• Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising or product coordination
• Strong Excel and presentation skills (Prepare PPTs)
• Good English communication and coordination skills

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Prefer candidates within 45 mins)

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
