Job Description

You will be working as an Assistant Manager Marketing, supporting and executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital platforms, branding strategies, and public relations events. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong brand visibility and engagement. In the realm of Digital Marketing, you will help develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media through content development and competitive analysis. You will also coordinate with agencies or internal teams to create and publish engaging content, and optimize digital campaigns based on performance insights. Regarding Branding, your responsibilities will include ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. You will assist in creating brand collateral such as brochures, decks, and internal communications. Additionally, you will support the implementation of brand store launches and services, working closely with creative and design teams for visual and messaging alignment. For PR & Events, you will plan and execute PR campaigns, liaise with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers, and coordinate with PR agencies for media coverage and press releases. You will manage marketing presence at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate functions, collaborating with event partners/vendors for logistics, branding, and on-site coordination for various events. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred), along with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, or PR/events. You should have a strong understanding of marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics, as well as excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. A creative thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach will thrive in this role.
