Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist the Marketing Head in planning and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels Liaise with creative, content, operations, and product teams to keep all marketing projects on track. Support marketing initiatives on Meta, Amazon, Quick Commerce, and influencer marketing. Help drive partnerships and campaigns on platforms like FirstCry and other gifting platforms. Track and monitor marketing project timelines and ensure smooth execution. Contribute to content marketing and campaign ideation. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in digital marketing, or experience working in a Founders Office, is highly preferred. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and people management skills. Willingness to learn and work across different aspects of marketing. Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
