Assistant Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven marketing professional with a min of 2 yrs to join our dynamic team at Livspace. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in retail branding, community building, and event management. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping brand experiences, driving community engagement, and accelerating growth for a new, high-impact brand initiative.

What you'll do

• Ideate, develop, and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and sales within the target market.
• Drive consistent retail branding by working on store facades and internal branding in-store activations to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with business teams to plan and execute events at experience centres, building strong communities of architects and interior designers.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-format trade exhibitions, community building, launches, and experiential events to showcase our products and offerings.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams Business, Category, Product Development, Creative, and Tech to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs and overseeing execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Who you are:

• A marketing professional/enthusiast with 2+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles.
• Relevant experience in Retail branding, community building, and event management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed for Events and launches.
• Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
